Strict No Visitor Policy between 12:30pm – 3:00pm

Every Day:  8:30am - 8:30pm

Hyson Green – Mental Health
Monday - Friday:  4:30pm – 9:00pm
Saturday & Sunday:  8:00am – 9:00pm

Private Maternity – 3N
3pm to 5pm and 7pm to 8pm

Support people and siblings are welcome anytime between 8.00 am to 9.00 pm except during rest period.

Visitors should be limited to a few at any one time. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Emergency
24 Hours Visitors MUST consult Nurse Manager prior to visit.

Public Transport
ACTION Buses
All of the major areas in Canberra can be reached by public transport, with fairly frequent services to the major bus depots. Action also has a bus route (Route 30) that services Calvary Hospital which provides services on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Canberra Cabs
Canberra Cabs service majority of the Canberra Region. To book a taxi call Canberra Cabs on 6285 9222. There is also a Cab Rank at the main entrance to the hospital which can be used by visitors to the hospital as a drop off or collection point. http://www.canberracabs.com.au/

Parking
Calvary Private has onsite parking for visitors. There is free timed parking area avaialble for visitors, providing the correct zones are parked in.

Accommodation
Currently at Calvary Private there is no charge boarding charge for patients families wishing to stay at the bedside other than the cost of the families meals.

Calvary Public Hospital has limited accomodation at Rotary Cottage. Calvary Private patients are also able to utilise this service. This service can be used by interstate patients wishing to come to Canberra the night before their admission. Bookings can be made on 6201 6307.
